1. Returns & Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at: info@bold-basicsco.com.

  • Return Shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Contact us before 8:00 PM (EST) to request modifications to your order.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once completed. Please note that processing times may vary by bank.

IMPORTANT ADDRESS NOTICE: Our registered address in Buffalo, WY is strictly for administrative purposes and is NOT a return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed. All returns must be approved by customer service to receive the correct fulfillment center address.

5. Logistics & Responsibility

We ship from our international fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices. We are not responsible for delays or damage occurring during return shipping; customers are encouraged to use trackable postal services. Please check your order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues promptly to info@bold-basicsco.com.
